Continuing a strong spring semester, I decided to enroll in a remote AutoCAD course for the summer. The fully online format allowed me to maintain a flexible schedule for summer activities. The class was intensive, covering an entire semester’s worth of content in just six weeks. Thankfully, I had a friend in the class who kept me accountable each week. This was my first summer session, and now that I’ve experienced it, I would definitely consider taking more summer classes in the future!

In early January 2023, I was exploring the construction classes offered at City College of San Francisco (CCSF). I had always been interested in these courses, but most of them were scheduled during the day, conflicting with my work hours. However, after being laid off, I took up the opportunity and registered for a few Construction Management classes. With just a week between my last day of work and my first day of classes, the timing was perfect!

After researching the requirements to sit for the Real Estate Salesperson exam, I opted to enroll in a course offered at City College of San Francisco (CCSF), which was free for city residents. Balancing work and school, I decided to start with just one course to gauge the workload. The course was remote and self-paced, with intermittent assignments throughout the semester. However, I found the additional homework tedious, so I transitioned to an online real estate education and prep course to fulfill the remainder of my education requirements. One year later, in October 2022, I successfully passed the Real Estate Salesperson exam! Principles of Real Estate Fundamental real estate course covering the basic laws and principles of California real estate; provides background and terminology necessary for advanced study in specialized courses. Designed to assist those preparing for the California state real estate salesperson licensing examination.
