• 1\/2 cup unsalted butter, melted<\/li>
• 1\/3 cup granulated sugar<\/li>
• 1\/2 cup packed brown sugar<\/li>
• 1 1\/2 cups mashed bananas
  (~4 bananas)<\/li>
• 2 eggs<\/li>
• 1\/2 cup milk<\/li>
• 1 tsp vanilla<\/li>
• 1 tbsp instant espresso powder<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • 1 tsp baking soda<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cup chocolate chips<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Preheat oven to 325\u00baF.<\/li>
    2. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.<\/li>
    3. Add in the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla, and espresso powder.<\/li>
    4. In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.<\/li>
    5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Just before the flour is fully incorporated, add in the chocolate chips. Fold until just combined.<\/li>
    6. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan and pour the batter in.<\/li>
    7. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. You can check if the banana bread is done by inserting a toothpick and seeing if it comes out clean.<\/li>
    8. Let cool for 20-30 minutes, if you can wait that long \ud83d\ude09<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
